"Great efforts by Ministry of Health and Ministry of Home Affairs. But...Staff requires serious training on Operations Management from Registration process to managing queues. 1) Doctors are less, there should be minimum of two doctors of each specialists must be present 2) Why only one dedicated day for Children vaccination? This should thrice a week. Keeping one dedicated day leads to longer queue and wait time 3) Feeding Room - Being a big hospital and mostly managed by Male personnel, there should be arrangements for NEW MOTHERS/feeding room. 4) Queue Management - It was a terrible experience. The queue system was managed poorly. We reached to hospital at 10:30 and our number didn't turn up till 12:30pm. This is the saddest part :(. FInally left hospital without seeing a doctor. 5) I respect the timings and rest period of Para Military Personnel but it can't be same in the hospital. 2 hours of break leads waste of time for the pateints. This must be relooked. I support this initiative by MHA and Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, but with increasing crowd management should be upscaled and proper."

"Referral is a well maintained and clean Hospital. This Hospital is being administered by ITBP. Emergency services are not available due to lack of instrument, equipments and laboratories. Doctors are much sound in their field. Medical Officers are cooperative, polite and so disciplined. Staff deployed to maintain this hospital are so dedicated, polite and disciplined. Thank you, ITBP to provide such a great services to the nation."

"Doctor means more politely,sympathy, listener,he.Never beacme arrogant that I am CMO(SG) equivalent rank of excutive. That ego never given better treatment to patients .But as a professional competency of Doctor they should be more helpful and should be develop sense of confidence in your expertise.Sometimes we can see egoistic behave OF some doctor of our referral hospital ITBP GREATER NOIDA. "Best super speciality hospital for all forces. In their hospital 200 beds are available. Staff is Average but some doctors are not good. It is located in village suthiyana post Surajpur Greater Noida."

"Infrastructure is good as the doctors but poor administration as less no of specialist to do the lab procedures..if one goes on leave probably no one would be available to do the same and patient has to suffer.... like for example earlier on 23th I was given appointment for ultrasound on 26th and later on 25th March I was informed to come on 6th April as the doctor is going on leave ...reception opens at 9 30 am with long queue and sample given time is till11 am"
